Having been one of the lucky ones to attend Carol's first Ultimate Confidence workshop I felt compelled to write to say thank you!
Carol, I am somebody whom has an outward air of confidence (as you picked up on immediately) but prior to the workshop, my inner critic never switched off and my self esteem was at an all time low. I can honestly say that your bubbly, vibrant personality and friendliness bowled me over and I immediately knew that we would get on well and establish a strong friendship. You were at the time, and have been since an incredible source of inspiration to me. I know you will be successful in everything you do as you are a powerhouse of positivity!!
Your Ultimate Confidence course surpassed my expectations, I booked because of the very reasonable price tag as I thought 'well at that price what have I got to lose?' However, I walked away with so much more than I expected: a bagful of useful tools that I can call on at will to uplift me and improve my self esteem. I already feel so much more confident and better about myself, 4 days on from the course I know how to silence the inner critic with your STOP! technique (fabulous!!), I am no longer apologising for being me and I have stopped putting myself on guilt trips. I am using and feeling the benefit of the tapping routine (EFT) that you showed us and I am genuinely feeling better and liking myself more. I really can't thank you enough as I can feel the changes happening within me.
So, Carol, thank you so much for showing me the skills to empower me to transform my inner confidence, silence the inner critic and for being the key to my being able to create the life I have dreamt of for so long. I now feel that I have the tools I need to take control of my life and achieve my full potential. I am very excited about my future and I know with what you have taught me, it will be bright! I would have no hesitation recommending your workshops to anyone. I wish you every success with building your business and the satisfaction you will gain from knowing you are changing people's lives for the better.
